
The fun thing about this cider is what apples have been used - Bramleys, Goldens, Charles Ross and Braeburns are all good for eating but Starvecrow have decided they're great for making cider too!
All together these lush apples make a crisp, light cider with hints of summery fields and sun-baked hedgerows, baked apple and a dry, earthy finish thanks to the wild yeasts used in fermentation.
